Founder and owner of Light Shine Media Group, LLC, Pamela Settle began her professional career in marketing, advertising and public relations. For more than 20 years, she grew her career developing and implementing campaigns for marketing, public education, advocacy and fundraising in the areas of health, social services and government affairs. In 2010, she combined her experience in social marketing along with her passion for healthy families to create GoodLiving® magazine, as part her desire to "be the media I'd like to see in the world." She has grown the publication to be an influential and in-demand publication for parents, grandparents, teachers and caregivers. Additionally, she speaks to parents groups and PTAs on a variety of topics, promotes family issues to the media and serves on multiple committees as an advocate for families. Currently she is the chairperson for the regional committee of the Children's Movement of Florida.
