Join an intimate group of successful, driven, passionate females for a one-of-kind facilitated discussion designed to boost your business in 2016. This is an opportunity for you to have a mini board of directors, discuss your ideas, your goals, and praise successes; to have an opportunity to come and share about your business and ask for support. This is the space to share positive successes and emotional struggles. 

The goal of WE2 is to provide a supportive community of information and guidance to women entrepreneurs of the Tampa Bay Area. We operate on the belief that women are the strongholds of the community and business (the households). We also understand that, as women, we don't often ask for help and receive help with our ambitions and goals. WE2 strives to change this fact and be the catalyst that ignites the success of Tampa Bay Women entrepreneurs and corporations. Join us for helpful discussions and supportive encouragement regarding your struggles and also your successes.

Meet our Facilitators:

Janet Rivera Tucker, Chief Change Leader of the Hudson Palm Group, a business consulting company, is a Mediator, Paralegal and Change Leader with over 25 years experience designing and executing change initiatives to maximize the interaction of people and groups; enhance processes, programs and policies; and effectively communicate to internal and external audiences. Janet is known as a "people whisperer" for her ability to work with all members of an organization -- from seasoned executives and leaders to interns -- and implement inclusive change with immediate successful impact and engagement, both internally and externally. 

Shannon Carlton is a Commercial Realtor in the Tampa area and recently launched her business Intentional Growth Strategies. The business focuses on transforming the way entrepreneurs work from home by creating an environment where they can work outside the home on occasion. Collaborate with other entrepreneurs and develop themselves professionally.
