Biography:

Carissa Gudenkauf of KeyInsight Consulting LLC solves people problems with science. She works with teams and organizations to get the right people in the right seat on the bus – really. She works with women who - no matter where they are - have that feeling there’s a more fulfilling way of living and want to do something about it. Both outcomes are accelerated with science-based approaches so clients can work within their schedules.

Carissa recently earned her Professional Coach Certification through the rigorous IPEC Coaching program. She has 20 years of experience in technical and production workplaces in roles of engineer, manager, business analyst, consultant and trainer. Carissa earned her Bachelors in Chemical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. She is a certified Process Master, Six Sigma Green Belt, Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index, and Consultant for Predictive Index Talent Optimization software.
