  • Ability to solve problems
  • Ability to work with a diversity of clients and vendors
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Exceptional writing, verbal and organization skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Accustomed to meeting hard deadlines
  • Sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Can work independently
  • Prior real estate experience a plus
