The Most Engaging Training In The World

Launching Your Success partners with Brew Your Skill; offers unforgettable experience that merges a business training workshop with a comedic social company outing.

    #LaughDrinkLearn

St. Petersburg, FL: Launching Your Success is partnering with Brew Your Skill and will begin offering Brew Your Skill training events in January 2017.

Robyn Sayles, Comedic Facilitator and Founder of Launching Your Success, knows what employee disengagement looks like. After 15+ years in corporate learning & development she has the faces of bored, apathetic employees burned into her retinas. Those faces serve as a reminder of why she started her company 3 years ago, to shake up the training status quo and become an advocate for the learners.

“That’s why I knew Brew Your Skill was a perfect fit for us, because the concept of Laugh, Drink & Learn flies in the face everything we’ve been told corporate training should be and yet it’s the most effective training I’ve ever witnessed” says Robyn.

Disengaged employees leave, which costs US companies $11 billion dollars annually. A 2015 study by TinyPulseshowed that employees were 10 percent more likely to stay with their current employer if they had access to professional development. A Brew Your Skill training can help you retain top talent.

“We often get told our training works because much like a funny movie, people remember the best parts for a long time. We create the same water cooler conversation moments that sustain the learning and make it memorable” says Vince Carone, Vice President of Brew Your Skill.

What makes Brew Your Skill events different from traditional team training & culture events? A Brew Your Skill corporate event merges a business training workshop with a comedic social company outing. Your employees get trained and complete interactive exercises that promote a positive culture. Each event has a comedic facilitator who serves as both entertainment and expert.

    • ●  LAUGH:Our Comedic Facilitators provide humor throughout the event to create high-level engagement.

    • ●  DRINK:By bringing in a social component, the event will enhance your company culture. Drinks can be coffee, soda, libations, or whatever fits your culture.

    • ●  LEARN:Our Comedic Facilitators add value by injecting a business skill tailored to your company needs.

We, Dr. Barb LoFrisco and Dr. Mary Bryant, have a well-appointed office available within our office suite. Our suite of offices is located within the Grand Office Plaza, a well-maintained, two-story Medical Arts and Professional building in the Carrollwood area of Tampa. Our building is professionally managed by Ciminelli on-site, and includes utilities, nightly professional cleaning and maintenance of common areas, professional signage, and even a Christmas tree!

Our suite is comprised of three individual offices and waiting room, and we have strived to create an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere for all who enter! We are looking for one more person to share our suite and occupy the third office.

Both of us are experienced licensed marriage and family therapists and licensed mental health counselors. We treat individuals and couples; however, neither of us treats children. Therefore, our suite is not set up for children. And, although we carry the required liability insurance, we would ask you to carry your own general liability insurance.

If you are looking for office space and are in need of a quiet, peaceful, and elegantly appointed office, please contact us at 813-404-9215 (Barb) or 813-240-4537 (Mary).  We’d love to meet you!

Office photos and more details are attached.

    Best Regards,
    Barb and Mary

Our agency has been offering Disability Insurance to existing clients and new clients for more than a decade.  Some of the MOST common questions are “Why do I need it?”, “I’m healthy” or “I’m only 28”.

There are many reasons to have Disability Insurance but each reason is specific to the individual’s situation. The question is, is it a right fit for you?  No two people have the same life circumstances or concerns, therefore, we cannot show a solution until we have determined the potential issue, but rest assured the need exists for everybody.  That’s what we determine when we learn more about you.

Most people only understand the basics of insurance when we agree to meet but the important thing is that they are willing to listen.  That is the perfect prospect

Here is an overly simple way to explain how disability insurance works.  Let’s say Jessica has just been hired at a new job.  She is offered two compensation options.

    Option A –
$3,000 per month as long as you work every day
    $0 if you can’t work.

    Option B –
$2,900 per month as long as you work every day
$2,000 per month if you are sick or hurt and can’t work.

If you would like to learn more with no obligation, we’ll even buy the coffee.
