Working Women of Tampa Bay invites you to our monthly Hernando Power Lunch at Silverthorn Country Club in Brooksville featuring Chief Success Officer of Ali Ann & Co., Ali Walter. Ali will share how to Break Free from Fear Based Decision Making (FBDM)

Fact:  Less than 4% of women-owned businesses ever surpass $500,000 in yearly revenues.  Whether you're a business owner or professional, fear based decision making has been directly correlated to holding women back from reaching their peak potential.  In this session, learn some of the major habits that contribute to success ceilings and how you can break free from this self-sabotage.  You'll be amazed how common this sabotaging cycle is, but awareness is the first step to ensuring you won't fall victim to it anymore!

In this personal and impactful session:
  • Hear inspiring stories of women that have struggled with fear based decision making and how their lives were changed once they learned how to break free.

  • Receive tools that will keep you remain self-aware of your habits and decision making triggers.

  • Walk through an exercise that will immediately help you to start breaking through success ceilings and improve behaviors.
By learning the essential strategies to apply every time you're struggling with a decision, you can easily determine if you're operating out of intuition or fear.  Knowing the difference between intuition and fear is imperative to breaking free of fear based decision making and maximizing your success!
