During this workshop, Elise will help you better clarify your ‘why,’ or core values. Many of us have a vague idea of what we want, but don’t clearly articulate it or set clear goals for ourselves. From our core values, we can set goals to achieve a life that energizes and reaffirms us. Elise will also discuss strategies for implementing goals, maintaining momentum in the trenches, and overcoming your inner critic when stepping out of the comfort zone and into your greatness.

Elise Auxier is a personal and professional development coach in the Tampa Bay area. She supports high performing women as they increase their courage and step into their confidence. With Elise’s guidance, clients break through obstacles of uncertainty, fear and limiting beliefs, and replace them with clarity, confidence and goal achievement.
Elise holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy and Communication from the University of Michigan and has worked in sales and sales management for Xerox, U.S. Surgical Corp., Gray & Co. and DuPont REGISTRY. As an entrepreneur, in addition to owning Gulfcoast Coaching, Elise has owned and operated several businesses including an award winning Signs Now franchise.
Elise is a member of the ICF-CF and has coaching certificates from The University of Tampa, iPEC, and CCAR.
