Hear from a panel of dynamic, talented women entrepreneurs who are behind some of the most successful food & beverage businesses in Tampa Bay.  Lunch catered by Inside the Box, recently voted Best Restaurant at the Taste of Tampa. 

Meet Our Panel:

Andrea Gonzmart is a member of the fifth generation of the Hernandez-Gonzmart family. Andrea works at the corporate office in Ybor City as the Director of Operations for Cha Cha Coconuts. Andrea also works with her father on new recipe development for the Columbia Restaurant Group and all of its concepts, including Ulele and Goody Goody™, as well as maintaining and developing the Columbia’s award-winning wine list. She was named one of “30 Under 30” by the Tampa Bay Business Journal, certified as a Spanish Wine Educator from The Wine Academy of Spain, and named one of “40 Under 40” by the Gulf Coast Business Review.

Abigail StClair is the owner of TeBella Tea Company which offers over 100 high quality loose leaf teas and tea accessories. An experienced tea blender, Abigail has curated a unique collection of teas and tisanes for TeBella that includes many custom blends as well as some of the world’s most exquisite teas from across the globe. Since 2010, TeBella Tea Company has grown from one small shop to three locations in Tampa and St. Pete and a thriving wholesale business.
 Abigail was a finalist for Tampa Bay Business Woman of the Year in 2012. Recently, TeBella Tea Company at Oxford Exchange was featured in Architectural Digest as one of the 13 best designed tea shops in the world. 

Lisa Schalk, founder and co-owner of Toffee to Go, has grown her company from a secret family recipe to a thriving business. As a stay at home mom on a tight budget, Lisa began making toffee out of her kitchen and selling to family and friends. A longtime dream for Lisa came true in 2013 when Toffee to Go was chosen as one of Oprah’s Favorite Things in the December issue of O, The Oprah Magazine and later featured on Good Morning America! Toffee to Go also enjoyed favored status from the editors of “Fancy Food Magazine” and celebrity wedding and event planner, Colin Cowie.
