Working Women of Tampa Bay is teaming up with the South Tampa Chamber of Commerce and the Women's Exchange to help our non-profit partners identify and recruit strong, talented female professionals and entrepreneurs for boards and committees.

Join us for a morning of networking and knowledge at the Lions Eye Institute with refreshments sponsored by Catalyst Consulting Services. Trimeka Benjamin & Commissioner Sandy Murman from The Women's Exchange will present a short tutorial on how to use the WE Forum to post board and committee leadership positions.

About Women's Exchange:

The Women’s Exchange (WE) exists to bring visible and equitable female representation to boards of directors. WE is a community of women who are willing to use their networks and influence to encourage women to achieve success and leadership roles in Tampa Bay. WE seek to transform the dynamic for women by providing access, advice, and advocacy for women seeking positions on boards of directors. Through the sharing of values and professional experiences, our members can increase the number of women in leadership. Together, WE can lead Tampa to new levels of growth and productivity.

About Sponsor:

Catalyst Consulting Services mission is to facilitate positive change in the areas of executive searches, governance and fundraising coaching, organizational management and strategic planning. With over twenty-one years of nonprofit experience, CCS has been responsible for increasing the impact and best practices of nonprofit organizations and has raised over $60 million for the Tampa Bay community.

About Our Host:

Through the devotion of Lions Club members, the Lions Eye Institute for Transplant & Research was founded as an eye bank dedicated to the evaluation and distribution of eye tissue for transplantation. As a nonprofit, we are grounded in the belief that everyone deserves the gift of sight, and the Foundation was established for that purpose. We humbly donate over $1 million of our services annually and give thousands of dollars to help improve vision internationally. We work to educate and inspire communities about ocular research as well as host and fund special events to help people understand that blindness is something everyone faces.
