Celebrate Heart Month with Karen Laing of All Heart Coaching! Worried that your genes have destined you to develop heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol or cancer? Karen will empower you to switch those genes in the right direction just by asking yourself four simple questions each day. After working for years with individuals with known heart disease, Karen began working with people BEFORE they have the heart attack. She's a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Nurse, a Certified Holistic Nurse, and a Certified Health Education Specialist. She completed her Coach training through CoachU and is now preparing to sit for the Nurse Coach certification exam. Karen's on a mission to kick heart disease to the curb and would love to have you join her!
