Christina Crumbley, RN, MSN
Christina has 28 years of nursing experience as a RN with 24 of those years spent in leadership positions. She worked herself from a home health field clinician, to clinical manager, to a Vice President, then achieved her current position as Chief Operating Officer for a multisite company. She formed her own consulting company, Tidal Healthcare Consulting, where she worked with others to launch start-up companies as well as help established companies prosper. Her focus and success in all of her positions was found in developing strong teams and growing leaders. As a teenage single mom turned success story, Christina has a passion for using her experience to educate and empower women to become exceptional leaders in business and in life. She provides women’s development courses and coaching through her brand, Commander in Heels.
