Topic: Adapting your Approach with Agile EQ

Agility. It’s more than a buzzword. It has become a requirement. It’s being flexible, it’s transforming, it’s making a pivot. It’s highly likely that your organization has gone through a significant shift in the past few weeks … We are living this RIGHT NOW!

Emotional Intelligence. That’s our ability to be aware of, control, and express our emotions and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.

Building an agile organization starts with developing emotional intelligence. Why? Because an approach that works well in one situation won’t always work in the next. But - sometimes we reach for the same responses out of habit - even when the situation is begging for us to rethink our approach. There’s an opportunity to navigate these shifts with more confidence – so let’s explore an Agile EQ approach together.

During this session, you will:

  • Recognize natural tendencies and preferences of yourself as well as others

  • Understand how natural tendencies and preferences impact your interactions

  • Identify small manageable steps you can take to become more agile

PLEASE NOTE:

Subsequent to this workshop, participants will be given an opportunity to complete an online assessment and invited to a follow-along group session - both are complementary and based on The Wiley Program, Everything DiSC Agile EQ.

Everything DiSC Agile EQ teaches individuals about the wide range of responses they have to handle social and emotionally charged situations, and how to reach for the ones that might be uncomfortable yet better suited for the unique challenges they’re facing. This empowers individuals to become more effective and better equipped to meet the demands of today’s changing workplace.
