Entrepreneur Lennise Germany is a self-proclaimed goal digger and she wants to share her tips with you! Lennise will help you create an actionable playbook (daily, weekly, and monthly tasks) to execute short & long term goals.

Lennise Germany (a Clearwater Fl native) is the CEO of Livy O’s Catering company a multi-award winning, family owned and operated corporation, that provides food made with love and quality service. From humble beginnings of selling dinners from the trunk of her car in 2014, to opening her first brick & mortar in Brandon, Florida, and crowned 2019 Woman in Business by the Tampa Bay Girls Rock Association, she is not slowing down. As one of Brandon’s most sought after caterers (under Lennise’s leadership) Livy O’s has established local and national partnerships with healthcare sectors and non-profit organizations. In the mist of the COVID pandemic Livy O’s was awarded 4, 6-figure government contracts as a vendor for the Florida Department of Agriculture, to perform breakfast & lunch service to local schools. And as a chef, Lennise has cooked for local and national celebrities and is often featured on national television networks performing live cooking demonstrations.

Lennise is wife, mother of 6, and a servant leader that was destined to build something that would impact change in her community. In 2010 she founded Sisters Standing Strong, Inc. to address the issues of battered women and help them find and achieve their goals, as she to is a survivor of domestic violence. She’s also a proud board member of the YMCA and the Greater Brandon Chamber of Commerce. Utilizing her platform to empower and mentor, Lennise uses her personal testimony to help others discover their life’s purpose. Her life’s dream is to sit on Oprah’s couch and be interviewed by her. Lennise’s motto in life is “I can do anything until I can’t!”
