Originally from Maryland, Liz and her family moved to the Tampa area to enjoy the sun, historic charm and a growing economy. Three years ago, she came to South Tampa to franchise a successful ZIPS Dry Cleaners located in South Tampa and has been welcomed by a loyal community of neighbors, patrons, and friends. Her background includes small business franchising and a passion for helping others. Because of her unique understanding and appreciation for the many benefits of life in the Tampa area, Liz has included in her entrepreneurial portfolio, a career in real estate with Keller Williams South Tampa. She enjoys giving back to the community and is enthusiastic about connecting with new people.
