In her business, Hilton Holistic Health and Wellness, an online holistic and Eastern medicine-based practice for hormonal health for women, De’Nicea brings to life a mix of spiritual, integrative and functional medicine approaches in playful healing spaces that allow women to realize that she’s not only Whole and Complete (aka Perfect - that’s the root meaning!) already, but there is Holistic Hormone Harmony within her reach.
She sees her impact in global healing is in teaching, speaking or facilitating workshops to impart change about the physical, psycho-emotional, spiritual and environmental aspects for women’s hormonal health. She’s also the Founder of Every Body Spas, a movement to enhance body inclusivity in the spa industry.
De’Nicea’s belief in supporting the potential of women and teen girls also can be seen in her volunteering by collecting menstrual products so women have access to them with Huddle in the Harbor and serving on the Board of Pace Center for Girls and EmpowHERment. She’s loves mixing up recipes for scrumptious meals, has about five books going at the same time and always up for random adventures with her hubster, mom, sister, bonus mom, other family and friends.
