A Tampa Bay native, Whitney Carney, realtor with Keller Williams- Suburban Tampa, sees working with clients as a position of service to her community. Licensed for 12 years and working the local market full-time, Whitney believes her approach to treating each client like a family member or friend is what keeps her clients confident they are being cared for and happy to consistently refer their friends and family.

Whitney wants her clients to know information up front, so she goes above and beyond to make sure the lines of communication are always open, so buyers and sellers have realistic expectations and feel they can depend on her for reliable information. Clients who work with Whitney also know she is willing to do what it takes to handle any situation.  In a pinch, she’s even been known to climb into an attic or two and do some quick repair to make a home move-in or show ready.

When Whitney is not serving the Tampa Bay area, she loves spending days at the beach or walking her dogs with her husband and one year old son, Jack. She’s a foodie who enjoys time in the kitchen exploring recipes or savoring cuisine at new local restaurants. Whitney believes as a member of the community, she should be part of the community’s charitable efforts. She often supports animal welfare and rescue organizations as well volunteering at the local foster home, A Kid’s Place.

Whitney Carney is here to serve you as your #keepingitrealrealtor, and would love to connect with you.
