There is no one perfect type of leader, rather the most effective leaders are those that are authentic, those whose thoughts and actions are integrated, whose words and deeds match up. As such, in order to be the best leader possible, you need to be the best you.

We're giving you the tools to Lead with Purpose during a workshop series called Driven to Succeed hosted by Century Buick/GMC in Tampa.

Our speakers include 3 dynamic female leadership coaches: Lynda McDermott, Ellen Schuster-Nastir and Hope Eaton.

The workshop consists of the following presentations:

Authentic Leadership - Using your strengths to be the leader you naturally are. In this interactive session you will get to know yourself and to learn how to be yourself. You will identify your strengths and passions and in order to figure out how to be a better leader of yourself so that you can become a better leader at work.

Are you Effectiviely Executing? - Some business owners stay stuck at one level and don’t grow their businesses because they are great thinkers and planners, but are ineffective at execution. In this presentation they will learn how to plan for and monitor their progress on key strategies that will improve their results.

Communication Skills - How to speak so others will understand. The key to organizational success is PEOPLE and their ability to understand, relate and communicate with one another. In order to be an effective leader, you must also have an understanding of yourself and how you (and your actions) impact others. And, it’s not just how YOU see yourself. The more important question is: How are you perceived by your colleagues, peers, and those you manage? Do you want to learn how to be more effective, collaborative and productive with others? This interactive and FUN program will enlighten, inspire, and provide the needed guidance for you to achieve your desired results for success!

The event starts at 10:30am with coffee & networking. Workshop begins at 11am with a catered Carrabbas lunch. Spaces are limited for this event, so registering online is a must!
