Our healers will guide you through routines designed to improve your mental well-being.

Yoga, Stretch and Exercise Classes, Massage Therapy, Meditation and Music Therapy Classes, Psychodynamic group psychotherapy, Sound Bath and Sound Therapy, Nutrition and Healthy Meal Classes, IV Hydration Therapy, and an Infrared Sauna. And focusing on families, your adolescents will have various options for group therapy, and supervision for the little ones while you take one of our adult group classes.

The spa is an expansion of FMP Family Psychiatry and Dr. Mallick will continue to offer medication management with/without psychotherapy.
