The Basque menu is comprised of both traditional northwestern Spanish style tapas as well as non-traditional new style tapas from around the world that are made from locally sourced ingredients. Many of our dishes also contain products imported directly from Spain such as our Manchego cheese, Valencia rice and Serrano ham to maintain authenticity. Our fresh bar program features all hand squeezed fruits; homemade sour mixes as well as house made infused simple syrups. Signature cocktails are prepared as our guests enjoy live entertainment to get the party started.
