Women are starting more new businesses than at any other time in history! It's an exciting time to be a female entrepreneur. Working Women's mission is to be a support system for enterprising women who are following their dream. That's why we're hosting an educational breakfast with the help of our community sponsor in Sarasota: Goodwill.

Consider all the great things you have accomplished in your life so far; your experience, knowledge and know how. They are all part of You 1.0. These are the critical skills that got you to this point. The Entrepreneur Source's Susan Mell will show you how to use those critical skills to propel you to You 2.0 and go from frustration to freedom during breakfast.

Susan Mell’s background includes 30 years as a business owner. First business for 17 years included four retail locations, 42 employees with 3 million in annual sales in the wireless industry. As a member of the Tampa Chamber of Commerce, she participated for 18 months in their Mentor/Protégé program. She had the great fortune to have as her Mentor, Chris Sullivan of Outback Steakhouse. With his guidance and support, he helped her to grow her business until she sold it September 2001. She has her Masters in Social Work Administration and passionate about helping people achieve their dreams of self-employment. Her value is to help people to discover franchise opportunities that they would not discover on their own. She coaches, educates, and assists clients in their exploration of their options and possibilities in self-employment and franchises. She currently is a multi-unit Franchisee owner and owns 8 Franchises for the past 12 years with 5 Independent Contractors throughout the United States. Also, a Certified Business Coach helping small business owners increase their business and skills. There is no cost or obligation for our services due to the franchise community pays the fees and is never added to the investment. Also, she helps Veterans attain a discount on the franchise fees via Vet Fran Program.

Refreshments will be served thanks to ambassador Gigi Wiegman of DoTERRA Essential Oils and The Cookie Cottage.
