Donna Rippley is a best-selling author, speaker and certified coach (ICF). Her newest best-selling book is: I Want a NEW CAREER…Now What Do I Do? The Ultimate Career Transition Guide for Figuring Out What You Want to Do. Donna is founder of Center for Career Transition. She is trained in executive and business coaching and has coached clients in several countries. Part of her work involves helping business and agency leaders infuse coaching into their role. Donna conducts Reinvention Retreats for women looking for meaning in their life and work. She also provides small group coaching clubs for women launching their “best fit” career and coaches individuals searching for a fulfilling career in line with their gifts and passions.

Suzanne Winfield is a hands-on professional with over 18 years of business experience. She has the ability to sustain profitability through the implementation of successful sales and marketing plans and strategies. Suzanne knows sales. In one of her recent roles, she led a sales team to increase sales in a national accounts division by 800% in less than a four year period; 137% increase in the first year, 62% in the second year, 22% the third year and 20% in the fourth year. Prior to that, Suzanne designed and implemented a team building and strategic plan which grew sales in another company from $2 million to over $10 million within two years.

Holly Jean is a small business strategist & a life-long entrepreneur. She motivates and inspires budding business owners to fulfill their dreams by making sure they have a plan in place before they launch.
